Hello, I’m Edgardo Santiago, the inventor of FirstGard, owner of TopCones, and currently still a First Responder. I designed these cones specifically for those whose job requires traffic control. I designed this cone for you. FirstGard is a patent-pending, foldable traffic cone that can be deployed nearly instantly. Lightweight but heavy enough to remain stable, FirstGard is designed to be transport-friendly, folding to just 1 1/2” in height, enabling the storage of multiple units while requiring minimal storage space.

- Each unit weighs 4lbs with ports to add sand increasing the weight to 8lbs  

- Made of high-density polyethylene

- Folds to just 1.5” in thickness, enabling the storage of multiple units while requiring minimal space

- Rubber feet at the base of cone for additional stability

- Connecting hinge is a replaceable component, allowing for repair in the event of damage to the unit

- Molded-in handles allow for easier handling

- Sold as a set of five units with an accompanying carrying tote

- Features reflective engineer-grade sheeting

- Installed retention band helps keep the unit closed when folded and holds it open for deployment

- Notches to tie rope or caution tape
